CS Khushbu S. Joshi is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), India's national statutory body for the company-secretary profession. She holds a Certificate of Practice that authorises her to certify, sign and represent clients before the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Reserve Bank of India and the Income Tax Department.

Since founding the firm in 2017, she has personally led incorporations, ROC filings, MCA compliance and trademark portfolio work for businesses ranging from solo founders and family-run MSMEs to private companies, NGOs and Producer Companies.
